Technical challenge

The use of the Davit (GPP model) offers an efficient and safe solution compared to other access methods, such as scaffolding and ladders, which are impractical at high altitudes. In addition, its temporary and modular installation allows it to be easily disassembled and moved between different areas of the building. The system is anchored to steel bases fixed on the roof, along the area to be maintained, and works with a removable basket, with variable dimensions depending on the need. Projects with this type of systems and monorails allow the self-lifting basket to be interchangeable, reducing installation costs.
