First, at GPBMU, we develop the engineering of the machine. Our team of engineers works with our distributors to provide the most appropriate solutions for each project, meeting delivery deadlines and ensuring good treatment and customer satisfaction.

We are also involved in the building design phase to ensure solutions that integrate with the architecture and provide an effective response. This is because each gondola model operates on different types of facades. For example, our GPI model is the solution for buildings of all height ranges and with straight or negative facades. Furthermore, it is ideal for roofs where obstacles hinder the movement of the BMU alongside the parapet. By being involved in the building design, we can anticipate the client's needs, to satisfy them when developing the machine's engineering.

Secondly, we proceed to manufacture the machine. The operating personnel build the machine, and by being in close contact with the engineering staff, we reduce the number of incidents during the manufacturing process to zero, while ensuring compliance with the deadlines agreed with the client.

In those installations with greater technical complexity, our personnel personally travel to the installation site to advise and ensure compliance with the highest quality standards.

Once the gondola has been designed, manufactured, and installed, we offer a maintenance service. We perform two operations according to the machine's needs.

On the one hand, preventive maintenance operations aim to ensure the good operation and safety of the machine. They are periodic inspections that ensure functioning like the first day of installation throughout the machine's life.

On the other hand, corrective maintenance operations are carried out when equipment deficiencies are detected, resulting from the wear of certain parts or small damages caused by regular use.

Finally, we offer a BMU replacement and adjustment service to our clients when they encounter some of the following situations:

• Noncompliance with regulations

• Lack of maintenance leading to negative consequences for the client
