BMUs for hotel cleaning

Technical Challenges:

This project in the Middle East was defined by the limitations set by the client regarding the maximum weight of the BMU. In addition, a parapet of varying heights and a very narrow movement area increased the difficulty in accessing the different façades.

Our solution:

Our engineers conceived a very compact machine capable of moving along a very narrow concrete path.

The counterweight was designed to tilt so that the different obstacles on the roof could be easily avoided.

It is also worth noting the multiple accessories that were included in the design such as: anemometer, cable collector, walkie-talkie, fire extinguisher…
