Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-conditioned facade is an essential task, not only for the building's external appearance but also for the safety of the internal structure itself. However, good maintenance may not be an easy task. At times, facades are at great heights, making access difficult for maintenance workers, or even in unfavorable situations to reach them.

What types of BMUs do we offer?

1. BMUs: our flagship product. GPBMU designs and manufactures BMUs since its foundation thanks to the work of professionals with extensive experience in the sector. Our know-how has allowed clients worldwide to recognize our BMUs as synonymous with quality and safety.

Although each BMU is custom-designed to meet each building's and client's needs, our standard models are four: GPN, GPI, GPIT and GCM.

• Davits/arms: the use of davits or arms becomes convenient when the building's load capacity or the roof configuration makes it impossible to install a BMU system.

The arms designed and manufactured by GPBMU have unique characteristics:

• They are lightweight, with the mast made of aluminum

• Easy to transport, as they are foldable without needing to disassemble any element

• Fixation, they have a tensioner that facilitates their assembly on different bases

• Internal safety cable

• Load capacity from 350 Kg

The davits are always used in combination with a one-person motorized cradle (model TP01) or two-person (model TP02).

• Monorail: the monorails are the solution for buildings that do not allow the installation of a BMU system on the roof. The monorail assembly involves installing arms (brackets), around the entire perimeter of the building, where a motorized basket for one or two people will move (basket TP01 or TP02).

Monorails are also installed inside buildings for the maintenance of structures at height.

• Gantry: the gantries are a great solution for internal and external maintenance of glazed structures. They are highly versatile equipment that can adapt perfectly to the architecture of low-rise buildings.

They are characterized by being systems mounted on rails, allowing access to difficult surfaces where direct contact with the glass is not recommended.

• Glazed roofs

• Skylights

The gantries can incorporate motorized baskets (TP01 and TP02) or have specially designed bridges for the passage of one or several operators.
